A non-refundable deposit of half the puppy's price is required to hold a puppy (a puppy must be chosen by four weeks of age) until it is of age to ship. I accept cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks ($25.00 fee for any returned non sufficient fund check) and major credit cards via Paypal.com. There is an additional 3% if payment is made via Paypal. Full amount is to be paid two weeks before puppy will ship or upon pickup. Final payment must be made with a cashier's check, puppy will not ship until check has cleared. If puppy is being picked up final payment at pickup must be cash. Puppy comes with a limited one year replacement health guarantee; to qualify for the guarantee you must be the original purchaser and have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase/possession at the buyer's expense. If the puppy is found to be in unacceptable health during the veterinarian examination, it may be returned to us at buyer's expense with a written assessment from the examining veterinarian stating in what respect the puppy is unhealthy. The puppy must be returned alive, uninjured and have all original AKC papers. Then we will replace the puppy with a puppy of the same value when one is available. The guarantee only covers the puppy; we do not cover and are not responsible for associated costs such as but not limited to, vaccinations, veterinarian fees, animal clinic fees, medications, surgeries, shipping, personal damages, and emotional grief. We do not guarantee color, adult size/weight, conformation, reproductive ability, testicles descending, potty training, erect ears or temperament.The guarantee covers congential and/or genetic defects for one year from date of birth. Congenital defects are problems that cause the puppy to not have a normal life expectancy. The guarantee does not cover common conditions such as, but not limited to improper bite, retaining of puppy teeth, thin coat, hernias of any kind, trachea problems, hypoglycemia, internal and external parasites, luxating patella(loose knee caps), minor physical flaws, loose stools, coccidian(intestinal parasite), giardia(gastrointestinal parasite), kennel cough or any other condition that can be corrected by veterinarian treatment. This puppy is guaranteed for one year of life against life threatening herediatary conditions. This guarantee is for replacement only. If the puppy develops a life threatening hereditary condition and you decide to keep the puppy, we are not responsible for the treatment or care of the puppy. If a hereditary congenital condition caused death to the puppy, an autopsy must be performed for verification at the buyer's expense. This guarantee is void if any shots, worming or any other medication is given to the puppy within the first 72 hours. Injuries that occur after ownership has transferred (at time of pickup) are the sole responsibilities of the new owner, ie., if puppy is hit, dropped, kicked, stepped on, sat on, mauled by another animal which results in any physical problems such as seizures, injured joints, broken bones, death, etc., we are not responsible for damages, physical or emotional to the buyer's self or possessions and likewise others. We are not responsible for medical expenses, landlord disapproval, allergies, or family disagreements. If you should ever no longer be able to care for this puppy, please contact me so I can help you place him/her in a new home.
